The emergency advice is given in a form of a 15-30 minutes phone call addressing the immediate actions needed in the emergency situation (e.g.: the dog does not want to get into the car, the dog ran away, the dog bit someone, the dog got attacked, etc). Further steps to resolve the problem and deal with underlying causes are addressed separately within a regular training schedule.
