Give your dog the chance to learn how to interact safely and politely with other dogs in a controlled, positive environment. Our Dog-to-Dog Social Skills Development Sessions are designed to improve your dog’s confidence and manners during canine interactions.
What your dog will learn:
- Friendly Hellos – greeting new dogs calmly without jumping or rushing in.
- Play with Good Manners – enjoying fun, balanced play while knowing when to take a break.
- Understanding Dog Language – learning to read and respond to other dogs’ signals.
- Confidence Boosting – helping shy or nervous pups feel more at ease in social settings.
- Polite Boundaries – teaching excitable dogs to respect space and play gently.
All sessions are tailored to the individual dog’s temperament and learning history. A professional trainer closely monitors interactions, intervenes when necessary, and reinforces desired behaviors using positive, reward-based methods.
- The dog owners presence during session is always welcome, but not required.
- The session lasts from 30 minutes up to 1 hour, depending on the the trained dog performance and tiredness levels.
- Participating support dogs are selected based on the individual dog’s age, temperament and play style.
