Description
‘Puppy starter’ course is addressed to puppies between 12 weeks and 6 months old. The course helps your puppy to become a confident, happy and well-rounded family dog. It is expected that within 4 weeks of the course your dog will:
- disengage from exciting things in the environment and focus on their owner
- learn problem solving skills,
- get confident with sudden movements, smells, surfaces and sounds
- walk nicely on lead,
- come when called (recall training),
- be comfortable with basic grooming and handling.
The course begins with a free consultation, proceeds to defining training objectives (depending on your needs and priorities), formulating and implementing a training plan, and ends with a final evaluation when the results and outcomes of training are assessed. Positive final evaluation means that a significant, noticeable progress has been made towards the objectives set up in the training plan.
The family dog training package includes:

- a training plan tailored to your and your dog’s needs
- weekly training sessions (online, on training site or in your home, depending on the needs)
- ad hoc support in-between training sessions (answering your questions over email, WhatsApp or Telegram)
- training instructions (handouts, videos, online manuals)
- a recommended reading list (optional, for knowledge-hungry owners)
